I'll speak where it's necessary: Ishana

Moumita Khan Ishana said that she's taking the necessary steps to fight against the defamation suit filed against her by producer and actor Maruf Khan Prem. She also added that she was unable to be at court as she did not receive the summons on time. An arrest warrant has been issued for her following her absence in court.

When asked of what happened that required legal action, Maruf Khan replied "She made some insulting remarks on a shooting set a while back. I received the voice recordings of the incident, and although she has denied it, there are 5 witnesses who will testify against her. I let go of the matter following the intervention by Dolly Zahur, but after that she went around spreading slandering comments in various places, which compelled me to take legal action."

To this, Ishana said that "I will not be making any statements at the moment, but I will speak where it is necessary. I do not want to say anything further."
