The latest song “Lichur Bagane” from the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha release “Taandob” has stirred significant buzz following its release last night.

Shakib Khan’s fans are in for a treat this Eid-ul-Azha, as BTV’s “Anandamela" will feature the megastar in a candid appearance on the popular festive programme.

Bangladeshi superstar Shakib Khan has praised director Adnan Al Rajeev and his short film “Ali”, after it earned a prestigious Special Mention at the 78th Cannes Film Festival, calling the achievement “a historic moment for Bangladesh.”

Regarding her experience working with Shakib Khan, Jaya shared, “Shakib Khan is a major star in our industry. I must say, he’s doing exceptionally well. Although we shared screen previously, this time while working on ‘Taandob’, I noticed he has become even more dedicated and serious about his craft.”

Raihan Rafi has finally dropped the much-anticipated teaser for “Taandob”. The 1-minute-41-second preview instantly hooks viewers, sparking curiosity about the mysterious gang wearing a monkey-mask.

After a successful run at the local box office, Shakib Khan’s film “Borbaad” has been released in the United States, Canada, Australia, Italy, New Zealand, and Denmark. Now, the film is set for release in the Middle East, allowing audiences in the region to experience it on the big screen.

Rafi revealed that this project is even more demanding than his previous blockbuster “Toofan”. “To protect the film’s confidentiality, strict measures have been imposed on set, including a ban on mobile phones and restricted access for outsiders. Nevertheless, a few leaks have managed to slip through.”

“I’m overwhelmed by the audience’s love. The affection people are showing for this film is truly incomparable. I couldn’t make time earlier because of shooting for a new project. At last, I managed to come today,” he said at the screening.

“Borbaad”, directed by Mehedi Hassan Hridoy, has been screening for 17 days since its release and continues to draw full houses, with reports of ticket shortages in some locations.

With packed halls and sustained audience turnout weeks after Eid, this year’s releases “Borbaad”, “Daagi” and “Jongli” have marked a strong box office run—prompting their scheduled release abroad.

Dhallywood’s leading actor Shakib Khan’s production house SK Films (Shakib Khan Films) has officially launched its international film distribution wing. The company will now regularly distribute films across North America (as SK Films USA) and the Gulf region (as SK Films UAE).
