Bangladesh Military Museum gets smart parking system
A digital parking management system has been introduced at the Bangladesh Military Museum at Dhaka, allowing visitors to reserve and pay for parking through a mobile application as part of a partnership with a local technology firm.
According to a press release, the platform, known as Yes Parking, is operated by B-Trac Solutions Limited and is designed to provide an app-based system for locating, booking and managing parking spaces within the museum’s premises.
Through the application, users can check available parking spaces in real time, reserve a spot in advance and make payments digitally. The app is available through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Visitors who do not have the application installed can also receive assistance from on-site agents stationed at the museum entrance, states the press release.
The facility is open from 8:30am to 10pm from Thursday to Tuesday, while Friday services begin at 2:30pm and continue until 10pm. The museum remains closed on Wednesdays.
