Man held with dollars in B'baria
One person was arrested with foreign currency notes from Banchharampur and a revolver was recovered from the rooftop of a mosque at Charchartala here.
Banchharampur police arrested a 23-year-old young man named Mohosin from Banchharapur village and recovered 100 US dollars from his possession on February 24.
On the same day acting on a secret information a police team of Ashuganj thana raided Charchartala Jame Mosque and recovered a revolver.
However, police could not arrest anyone in this regard while
a case was filed with Banchharampur police station in connection with the first incident.
