Regional ijtema ends today at Mymensingh
Vehicles out of purview of today's hartal
A three-day regional ijtema organised by Tablig Jamaat of Mymensingh region began near the BTV Sub-station at Akua in the district town on Thursday.
A large number of devotees from Mymensingh, Sherpur, Netrakona, Jamalpur, Kishoreganj and other parts of the country is attending the ijtema.
The local administration has taken all measures to hold it successfully.
Meanwhile, the district Awami League (AL) has decided to keep all vehicles out of the purview of today's hartal so that devotees can take part in the Akheri Munajat.
