Bandarban poura chairman showcaused
The government has issued a show-cause notice on Bandarban Pourashava chairman Ayub Choudhury on February 28 asking why he should not be removed from his position.
The chairman has been facing charges of corruption and nepotism.
Signed by Bandarban Deputy Commissioner (DC) Hafizur Rahman Bhuiyan the notice asked him to explain within seven days why a special meeting should not be convened to remove him from his post.
