Calling FBI for probe shameful for nation Ershad tells Sylhet JP convention

This proves the alliance government's failure.

"By this (calling FBI) they have lost the moral right to stay in power, Ershad said addressing a biennial conference of Sylhet district JP, held at Government Alia Madrashah ground on Saturday.

"There was no need to call them (FBI). Our officers are efficient to probe all the incidents if the government really wants", he said.

He said alliance government has snatched away people's right to live with normal security.

Chaired by district JP convener Alhaj Kunu Miah, the conference was addressed by, among others, by party central leaders Quazi Jafar Ahmed, ABM Ruhul Amin Hawlader, Shafiul Alam Prodhan, Abu Hossain Babla, Atiqur Rahman Atique, Luthfur Rahman Helal and Selim Uddin Ahmed. Ershad said no one can tolerate gruesome killing of a man like Kibria.
