Renowned actor, playwright, academian, and Ekushey Padak awardee Dr Enamul Haque passed away yesterday (October 11). His body was taken to the Central Shaheed Minar, where people from all walks of life paid their last respects to him from 11 am to 12 noon.

In 2010, he got into the University of Chittagong, and after two years, he received the Yunnan Provincial Scholarship to study oil painting at the Fine Art Faculty of Yunnan Arts University in Kunming, China. He completed his Bachelor’s in oil painting in 2016 and Master’s in watercolour in 2019. He now teaches at the same university.
