BRAC and MetLife Foundation launch Career Hub to support youth employment

BRAC, in partnership with MetLife Foundation, has launched Career Hub in Rangpur to support youth in entering the workforce.

The platform offers career counselling, job-readiness training, climate awareness education and links with employers. It will support 3,000 young people.

Career Hub is funded by MetLife Foundation and designed and implemented by BRAC's Skills Development Programme. It connects skills development with career planning and job access.

The programme works with businesses, universities and local employers to narrow the gap between education and employment and support pathways to economic independence.

The initiative is part of MetLife Foundation's wider work to support communities in Bangladesh.
