Concord begins construction of 'Concord Pearl' in Dhanmondi

Concord Real Estate Ltd. has begun construction of a new residential project, Concord Pearl, in Dhanmondi.

The project is located at Road 7 in the Dhanmondi residential area, says a press release.

Officials and landowners attended the groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction.

Concord said the development will be built on a 10-katha plot and will include 18 apartments.

Each unit will range between 2,410 and 2,460 square feet.

The building will include two basement levels and be located on a 40-foot road.

The company said the project is designed with a focus on modern living and community space.

Planned facilities include a rooftop garden, swimming pool, gym and outdoor seating areas.

Other features include lifts, landscaped areas and security systems.

Concord said the project reflects its focus on residential development and urban living.

The company added that it aims to offer housing with modern amenities in established areas of Dhaka.
