Prime Bank presents Dhaka Fashion Festival begins in Banani today

GoDeshi is organising the “Dhaka Fashion Festival – Ramadan Night Market” in association with Banani Society.

The inauguration ceremony will take place on March 6 at 2:30pm at Banani Road 19A, Block E.

UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador Bibi Russell, the Chargé d’Affaires of the French Embassy, M. Nazeem A. Choudhury, deputy managing director of the Consumer Banking Division of Prime Bank Limited, Fahim Ahmed, CEO of Pathao, and Banani Society president Shawkat Ali Bhuiyan Dilan are expected to attend the opening ceremony along with guests from different sectors.

The festival will run on March 6–7 from 2:00pm to 2:00am.

The festival will feature 50 stalls, showcasing local fashion, lifestyle products, home décor and furniture from various Bangladeshi entrepreneurs and designers. There will also be a car showroom display, along with a Virtual Reality (VR) game zone for children, making the event a family-friendly experience.

Prime Bank is the title sponsor of the festival, while Pathao and Seylon Tea are co-powered partners.

Labaid will arrange a health and wellness check-up camp offering visitors basic health screening services.

Visitors will also be able to take part in activities including T-shirt painting, caricature art and acoustic music.

GoDeshi and Panache Events say the initiative is intended to create a space for fashion, technology and festive celebrations while promoting local entrepreneurs and brands.
