Walton has launched 15 new models of refrigerators and freezers as part of its efforts to expand in international markets.
The products were introduced under the “Global Innovation Series” at an event held at the company’s corporate office, says a press release.
Company officials and international partners joined the launch, both in person and virtually.
Walton said the new lineup includes smart refrigerators, non-frost units, top-mount models, solar-powered freezers and commercial cooling products.
Md Tahsinul Haque, chief business officer, said the company currently exports to more than 55 countries.
“Our goal is to establish Walton as one of the world’s leading global electronics brands by expanding our presence to over 100 countries,” he said.
The company said its flagship model is a 629-litre side-by-side smart refrigerator with a built-in multimedia display.
It includes features such as internet access, video streaming and smart controls.
Walton also introduced models with water dispensers, inverter technology and energy-efficient cooling systems.
The company unveiled a solar-powered chest freezer designed to support sustainable use.
Additional products include minibar refrigerators for the US market and commercial beverage coolers.
Walton said the launch reflects its focus on innovation, energy efficiency and export-oriented manufacturing.
