Jute Goods Draw Attention

A Spectacular display of jute products attracted visitors from all across the country during the National Jute Fair 2020, held on March 6-10 at Bailey Road's Officers' Club Dhaka. Bags, purses, folders, tablemats and doormats, rugs, room dividers, and showpieces made of jute left the fair-goers in awe during the event organised by the Ministry of Textiles and Jute. Jute manufacturers who participated in the annual fair said jute fibre is not only eco-friendly, it's also durable. They pitched for more government support for the flourishment of the sector.
