When Will They Learn!

The students took to the streets over the repeated road accidents taking lives. The government then began Traffic Week 2018, to bring back some semblance of order to the roads. Rover Scouts were roped in to spread awareness on traffic rules and help enforce them. However, some people never learn. Some citizens, from all walks of life, continue to flout traffic rules, in different ways. They continue to jaywalk instead of using footbridges; they cling on to overloaded buses, while cars and bikes move beyond their designated places while waiting for traffic signals to change. Anarchy persists on the roads, because some people are so rigid in their refusal to change.
