OUT OF THE MOUTH OF BABES

Like mythical harbingers of change, thousands of students from different schools and colleges descended on the streets of the capital, protesting the death of two of their peers in a road crash involving a recklessly driven bus. They have taken it upon themselves to correct the wrongs of the system, seeking an often elusive justice. Indeed, the students have now become the masters and they are teaching lessons many of us may have forgotten. The revolutionary zeal, tempered with their innocence, has made for a memorable concoction. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but the words etched across their placards, though temporary in nature, remain indelible in the memories of those who have seen them.
