Fire in diagnostic centre in Dhanmondi

A fire broke out in Popular Diagnostic Centre in the city’s Dhanmondi area tonight.

The fire originated around 8:15pm on the first floor and was brought under control by four firefighting units within an hour, said Kamrul Hasan, a duty officer of the Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters.

The cause of the fire could not be known immediately. No casualties were reported.
