Biplobi Debendra Nath Ghosh's death anniversary today

Today is the 17th death anniversary of great revolutionary activist Biplobi Debendra Nath Ghosh.

On the occasion, Biplobi Deben Ghosh Smriti Rokkha Committee organised various programmes at his home and cremation ground in Barisal city.

Born on April 22, 1890, Ghosh was imprisoned for a total of 27 years for protesting against colonialists, imperialist and autocrats in the British and Pakistani periods and afterwards.
