Dr Mahabub laid to rest

Eminent economist Dr Mahabub Hossain was buried at the capital's Banani graveyard after Juma prayers yesterday.

His namaz-e-janaza was held at Gulshan Azad Mosque after the body was brought from the US in the morning.

Dr Mahabub passed away at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, on Sunday.
