Journo Mithun Mahfuz no more

Mithun Mahfuz, senior reporter of Daily Amader Somoy, passed away at a hospital in the capital yesterday. He was 52.

Mithun was undergoing treatment at Birdem Hospital and breathed his last at 10:30am. He left behind his wife,  daughter and a host of well-wishers.

Mithun’s first namaz-e-janaza was held at his office, and another at DRU.

He will be laid to rest today at his village home in Khulna’s Paikgacha.
