Obituary

Kalpana Chattarjee; mother of Nirmal Chattarjee, joint general secretary of Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council; died due to old-age complications yesterday noon. She was 73. 
She left behind two sons and two daughters to mourn her death, said a press release.
Her funeral was completed at her village home in Magura.
Leaders of different Hindu community mourned her death.
