PID goes digital

As a part of the ongoing digitalisation, press information services under Press Information Department (PID) has become fully digitalised from yesterday marking Independence Day. PID said from Saturday it would stop sending hard copies of the news to media houses and would provide online services, said a Friday press release. 

Through http://www.pressinform.portal.gov.bd, PID would provide the press releases, pictures and invitation letters of the press conferences.
