Rice mill fined for using polythene

A mobile court yesterday fined Mohinee Auto Rice Mill Tk 20,000 for illegally using non-biodegradable polythene in Trimohini Bazar area of Jessore and seized 250 kilograms of banned polythene.

Abdus Salam, executive magistrate and UNO of Sharsa upazila conducted the drive.
