Road crash kills 1, injures 2

A man was killed and two others were injured as two battery-run auto-rickshaws collided head-on in Patuakhali Chowrasta area on Patuakhali-Mirzaganj road in Patuakhali early yesterday.

The deceased was Khalil Howlader, 65, of Barisal. The injured are Irman Hossain, 15, and Sifat Hossain, 10, of the district. They were returning from a mahfil.
