Road crashes kill 2

A cop died as a truck ran him over when the driver lost his control over the steering on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Taltala Bhatiary area of Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong yesterday.
The deceased Jane Alam, 45, of Hathazari upazila was an assistant sub-inspector of Sitakunda Police Station. 
In Moulvibazar, CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver Kawsar Ahmed, 34, of Khusipur area died when a truck hit his vehicle on Dhaka-Sylhet road in Telibazar area of Dakhin Surma upazila.
