Two die in road crash

A vehicle ran Md Habibullah, 24, over while he was crossing a road at Technical intersection in Mirpur in the capital early yesterday, leaving him injured; reports UNB.

He died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

Meanwhile, two people, including CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver Kalu and his passenger Ahmed Ali, 50, were injured as the vehicle was hit by a truck at Matuyail intersection in Jatrabari area in the morning. They were rushed to DMCH where Ahmed was declared dead.
