UK envoy visits JAAGO School

British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Robert Gibson yesterday visited JAAGO School at Rayer Bazar in the capital.

This was the first school initiated by JAAGO Foundation for underprivileged children.

Eight years later, the children from the school are now sitting their Junior Secondary Education Examinations.

During the visit the British envoy saw how the new online school -- a joint venture between JAAGO and Grameenphone -- Agni System Ltd was working.
