World Soil Day observed in Barisal

Seven development organisations yesterday observed World Soil Day-2015 in Barisal city with a call to adopt soil management and development policy to maintain biodiversity.

Association for Sanitation and Economic Development, Prantojon Trust, Democratic Development Centre, Kamfist, Development Organization of Coastal Area's People, SHIELD, and RUPSA organised a gathering for farmers and right activists at the Central Shaheed Minar.
