College principal's office torched

Criminals set fire to the office of Gorea Degree College principal in Sadar upazila on Monday night. Locals said the unidentified miscreants torched the principal's office around 11:00pm. Important documents of the college and furniture were gutted in the fire. Principal Saifur Rahman told this correspondent over cell phone that he could not ascertain the reason behind the incident of fire.
