JMB man held in Naogaon

An active operative of banned Islamist outfit Jama'atul Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) was arrested in Atrai upazila of Naogaon on Friday, police said. The arrestee was identified as Monjurul Islam, 42, son of Maleque Muhari of Mohadighi village of the upazila. Police arrested him from his house at around 12.00 noon Friday. Md Badrudozza, officer-in-charge of Atrai police station, said Monjurul was an active member of banned outfit JMB.
