Woman burnt alive

A woman was burnt to death as a fire gutted her house at Boalia Jangalmara village in Gobindaganj upazila early yesterday. The deceased is Rowshan Ara Begum, 64, of the village. Police and locals said the fire originated from a mosquito coil and soon engulfed the entire house. As the victim fell asleep, she could not come out of home when the fire broke out and she was burnt alive.
