‘Domm’ gets OTT release date
After drawing audiences to theatres during Eid-ul-Fitr, “Domm” is now heading to OTT. The film will begin streaming on Chorki from May 21, the platform announced on Tuesday (May 12).
Directed by Redoan Rony, the action-thriller stars Afran Nisho, Chanchal Chowdhury, and Puja Chery in lead roles.
According to the streaming platform, the film will be available for viewers in Bangladesh and abroad from 12:00 am on May 21, Bangladesh time.
Released in theatres during Eid-ul-Fitr, “Domm” generated widespread discussion for its large-scale production, visual treatment, and technical execution. The film also saw overseas screenings, particularly in the United States, where it drew attention from Bangladeshi audiences abroad.

Inspired by a true story, “Domm: Until the Last Breath” follows the journey of a Bangladeshi man who returns from the brink of death in Afghanistan.
The screenplay was written by Redoan Rony alongside Syed Ahmed Shawki, Al-Amin Hasan Nirjhar, Md Saifullah Riyad, and Robiul Alam Robi.
The film has been produced by SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Limited in association with Chorki.
Speaking about the digital release, Redoan Rony said he hopes the film will now reach viewers who were unable to watch it in theatres due to distance or scheduling constraints.
SVF Alpha-i Managing Director Shahriar Shakil said the team was encouraged by the audience response during the theatrical run and expressed hope that the OTT release would help the film reach a wider audience worldwide.
