Aamir Khan confirms wedding to Gauri Spratt on July 5
Bollywood star Aamir Khan has shared new details about his upcoming wedding to longtime partner Gauri Spratt, confirming that the couple will tie the knot on July 5 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
The actor spoke about the wedding while interacting with the media during a screening of Rajkumar Hirani’s “Pritam and Pedro”, describing the occasion as a simple, home-based celebration.
Aamir said the ceremony would be intentionally low-key, with only immediate family members and a small group of longtime friends in attendance.
“Yes, I’m getting married on July 5. It will be a very intimate wedding at home. It’s a very special day for us. Both our families will be there, along with a few close friends. We would love to have everyone’s blessings,” he said.
The actor added that he hopes fans will keep the couple in their prayers as they begin a new chapter together.
“Please bless us and pray that we remain happy and have a wonderful journey together,” he said, noting that the guest list includes family members and a handful of childhood friends.
Aamir first introduced Gauri Spratt to the public during his 60th birthday celebrations in March 2025, confirming their relationship after keeping it private for several years.
The wedding will mark Aamir’s third marriage. He was previously married to Reena Dutta, with whom he shares two children, and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao. Despite both marriages ending, the actor has maintained cordial relationships with his former spouses.
On the professional front, Aamir was most recently seen in “Sitaare Zameen Par”.
