Shakib Khan’s ‘Rockstar’ unveils first track ‘Piriti’

The makers of “Rockstar” have finally unveiled the film’s first song, “Piriti”, featuring vocals by Pantho Kanai. The peppy track offers audiences a glimpse into the troubled world of Shakib Khan’s character in the much-anticipated film.

The entire song has been filmed inside a prison, where Shakib Khan is seen in a devastated and emotionally shattered state. Throughout the music video, the actor appears broken and distressed, although the makers have not revealed any details about why his character ends up behind bars.

“Piriti” was written by Hasan Robayet, with composition by Ahmed Hasan Sunny and music arrangement by Jahid Nirob. Alongside lending his voice to the song, Pantho Kanai also appears prominently on screen throughout the video.

Directed by Azman Rusho and produced by Sun Motion Pictures, the film stars Shakib Khan as a professional rock musician. According to those involved with the project, the story will explore the struggles, rise and fall, and real-life experiences of a musician.
