Netflix has unveiled the official trailer for “Ikka”, offering a first look at an intense legal drama led by Sunny Deol and Akshaye Khanna.

The film stars Deol as Arjun Mehta, a celebrated lawyer known for his unwavering integrity. His principles are put to the ultimate test when he is assigned to defend Shauryamann Gaur, played by Akshaye Khanna, in a high-profile attempted murder case.

Sharing the trailer on social media, Netflix teased the film with the caption, “The biggest case needs the biggest player. Ikka aa raha hai.”

Rather than focusing solely on courtroom battles, “Ikka” explores themes of morality, justice and personal responsibility. The story centres on two men with a complicated past whose lives collide again in a case that could change both of their futures.

According to the makers, the film follows an incorruptible lawyer who is forced to represent the very man whose career he once helped destroy. As the trial unfolds, the case becomes deeply personal, pushing him to confront difficult ethical choices while risking everything he values.

The narrative examines the blurred lines between law and justice, with the courtroom becoming the stage for a battle driven by memory, loyalty and survival.

Directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra, the film is written by Althea Kaushal and Mayank Tewari. It is produced by Alchemy Films, with Siddharth Malhotra and Sapna Malhotra serving as producers.

Alongside Deol and Khanna, the ensemble cast includes Tillotama Shome, Dia Mirza, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Shishir Sharma and Akansha Ranjan Kapoor.
