Konal, Antora, Masha to release new song ‘Nari Jay Bari’
The song “Nari Jay Bari” (Woman Returns Home) has been recently created in honour of women. Written by Shahid Mahmud Jangi and composed by Pilu Khan, the song is performed by three singers of the new generation — Somnur Monir Konal, Antora Rahman, and Masha Islam.
The music arrangement is by Mir Masum, and the animated video is directed by Mir Hisham and Saraf Chishty. The song will be released on March 8, International Women’s Day, by Aajob Records.

Sometimes it is their father’s home, sometimes their husband’s home, sometimes their son’s home. But does she ever truly find a home that belongs to her? The song ‘Nari Jay Bari’ is built around this eternal question.”
Pilu Khan added, “Over the past four decades, I have worked with Jangi bhai on songs covering various themes. This time, another important theme has been added. I hope listeners will enjoy this song.”
Konal shared, “I am delighted to have had the chance to sing with two legendary figures. Working with Jangi bhai and Pilu bhai is a milestone in my musical career.”
Antora said, “As a woman, I found myself reflected in the song’s message. Being in the company of esteemed figures like Jangi bhai and Pilu bhai is a true blessing for me.”
Masha Islam added, “I really enjoyed working with everyone. Shahid Mahmud Jangi and Pilu Khan are two giants in our music world. Collaborating with them has been wonderful. Masum bhai has created a beautiful musical arrangement. I thoroughly enjoyed this project, and I hope listeners will enjoy it as well.”
The song “Nari Jay Bari” will be available on all streaming platforms worldwide starting March 8, 2026. Its music video will be released on the Aajob Records YouTube channel, as well as on the social media platforms of all the artistes.
