Noble arrested, yet again

Vocalist Mainul Ahsan Noble was arrested today in Narayanganj following allegations that he detained a young woman and pressured her to produce explicit images and videos, authorities said.

Noble was taken into custody around 12:30 pm on February 23 from the Bottola area under Siddirganj Police Station, according to Demra Police. The arrest followed a tip-off, police added.

The case stems from a complaint filed on August 13, 2025, in which a woman alleged that Noble lured her with promises of marriage and confined her at his studio. She claimed he coerced her into creating objectionable photos and videos during that time.

The court subsequently assigned the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to conduct further inquiry. On February 2, 2026, PBI Sub-Inspector Nuruzzaman submitted the investigation report, prompting the court to issue warrants against Noble and three other individuals.

Demra Police Operations Officer Murad said, “After the court issued warrants against Noble and three others, our team executed the warrants and arrested the prime accused. He is currently being processed for court surrender.”

No additional details about the other accused have been disclosed. Police have not formally confirmed charges, and no conviction has been recorded.
