Maria Nur blessed with baby boy

Model, actress, and anchor Maria Nur has welcomed her first child. The baby boy was born on May 12 in the USA. The actress took to her Facebook page to announce the news. She had flown to the USA this January.

Announcing the good news with her fans and well-wishers, Maria wrote, "On a perfect day in May our little boy Sayhan Zaarib arrived. Ma'Sha'Allah we are so blessed and grateful for our precious little boy. Please keep him in your prayers. And yes, love at first sight is true."

Last year, Maria was praised for her performance in Mostafa Sarwar Farooki's web series "Ladies & Gentlemen". Apart from this, she regularly hosts cricket shows on various TV channels. However, she decided to take a break after she conceived.

Reportedly, the actress has decided to extend her break and will not be back until next year.

Maria announced her pregnancy with a picture of her baby bump earlier in February. The actress tied the knot with Saiful Alam Zulfikar on June 15, 2011.
