Fail-free 2015

There are two main reasons why resolutions made don't pan out.
Too complicated:
There are 20 to 200 things on your list. It then becomes a bucket list, things to do before we die. It's a decent bet we're not dying this year so we don't have to do everything. But the tannery-waste tainted fishes we eat would like to disagree. Still, everything in one year?
Solution:
Shorten the list down to the top 5 things that will make your life better.

Too broad:
We want to save the world while at the same time lose weight and travel the world eating every kind of burger there is out there. Sounds great but there is no definite starting point. When things aren't narrowed down, they can seem overwhelming.
Solution:
Break it down into chunks. You want to lose weight? Figure out a doable number and the ways to do it. Lose 16kgs in 2015 by walking at least 2km per week, with Saturdays as a must, non-negotiable point. Now that's a doable chunk. Travel the world? Set your goal on a country of choice and a possible date to go. Calculate the costs. Start saving and preparing the paperwork.
