Amari launches Amaya Food gallery

On 27 May, 2015 Amari Dhaka inaugurated its signature all-day dining restaurant, Amaya Dhaka Gallery.  

Setting a new gourmet scene in Dhaka, Amaya has made its debut with four distinct live kitchens showcasing the finest cuisines from Asia: four-states Japanese cuisine corner, four-states Chinese cuisine corner, four-states Thai cuisine corner and four-states Indian cuisine corner. Amaya is the first restaurant in Dhaka to feature Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian dishes under one roof whilst featuring an interactive experience with various live food stations. 

Infusing Asian cuisines to produce a premium experience, Amaya is the new escape from the traditional fine-dining concept: it is a new destination that will provide a variety of authentic Asian dishes and celebrate multicultural calendar events with grandeur.

Visit Amaya for the stunning city and lake view, a terrace that can seat up to 220 people. With an arrangement of soft Asian instrumental music, thematic dinner, live cooking and the unique Asian ambiance, Amaya is a wonderful getaway to escape from busy life and enjoy an exotic experience unlike anywhere else in Dhaka. 

Amaya is open seven days a week from 6.30am to 11.00pm. Guests can enjoy Amaya's buffet breakfast for Tk.1999++, set lunch for BDT1,999++ and dinner for Tk.3,500++. Amaya is available for private events and catering.

Amaya participated in Dhaka Restaurant Week (28 May to 4 June, 2015), offering a lavish buffet of Tk.1499 net.
