A new coffee house, Columbus Coffee Shop, recently opened in Banani 11. Crimson Cup Coffee, which is a renowned American brand, is being served here.

Actor Ananta Jalil, actress Barsha, Tisha and Dithi Anowar, singers Arnob, Topu, Tahsan and filmmaker Gazi Mazharul Anwar made the inaugural ceremony a star-studded one.

There is a wide variety of coffees. Besides that, there are many desserts like pastries that you can try out. You can also buy coffee beans from the shop. 

Rehanur Rahman, a director of Columbus Coffee Shop, said, "The manager and the customer service people were sent to America for training. For this, the coffee at this shop is served in an environment matching to that of the American culture."

AB Fashion Maker celebrates 15th anniversary

At Officer's Club Dhaka, AB Fashion Maker had recently celebrated its 15 years of operation. The programme started off by showing a documentary. Then, there was a fashion show, a musical event and dance performances.
