Israel retaliates after projectile fired from Lebanon: IDF

A projectile was fired from Lebanon into northern Israel, prompting a retaliation, the Israel Defense Forces said early yesterday.

The projectile fell in an open field near a kibbutz, Israel's army said in a statement which made no mention of casualties.
