Banned drugs

Recently quite a few children have lost their lives after taking paracetamol products. Such drugs have been banned by the government. The people in rural areas might be illiterate and may not have access to TV or radio and thus be unaware of the ban, but what about the doctors who are still prescribing these banned medicines? They are anything but illiterate! They do not have any excuse and therefore, must face the consequences for causing these unfortunate deaths. To my mind, the doctors prescribing these drugs and the pharmacies selling them must be held accountable and prosecuted and given deterrent punishment, otherwise this practice will not stop.
