Ex-BCL leader, another hurt in bomb attack
A former Chhatra League leader and another man were injured when some unidentified criminals hurled a bomb on them Sunday evening in front of the Fire Brigade office in Jhenidah town.
Alamgir Hossain alias Alam and his friend college teacher were gossiping at a grocery in front of Fire Brigade office when some unidentified persons hurled a bomb on them and fled away. Both were rushed to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital.
Officer-in-charge (OC) Sayed Iqbal Ali of Jhenidah Sadar police station said the two were injured in legs with bomb splinters.
