Now a disabled can also contribute to the socio-economic development. For ensuring this, a country needs to create the favourable environment. If we analyse the contribution of some disabled like Stephen Hawking, Edison, Homer, Milton, and Helen Keller, we may realise what they are capable of doing. Can we ignore their revolutionary contribution to the human well-being ?
If we look at the developed countries, almost 50% of the disabled people are engaged in employment almost in every sector. We should learn from those countries and create the necessary facilities for the disabled.
