Floods

Earlier, on an average in ten to twelve years a big flood would occur in our country. Those floods were very devastating and would cause harm to lives and crops etc. Due to the climate change and global warming in last three-four years, it's occurring regularly. The government tries to face them according to its ability. Additionally, some foreign aid comes from developed and neighboring countries. Watching the vulnerability of affected people on television screen we are shocked. For this reason, we also try to collect some funds, groceries, clothes etc to be of assistance to them. But is that enough? Certainly not, we should adopt a proactive approach, instead of just offering temporary relief to the victims.
