Wouldn't it be frightening if the ozone layer was destroyed and the Earth vanished from the solar system, if the rivers were unclean and it wouldn't provide us with water and life-sustaining harvest, if the air didn't give us enough clean oxygen to talk, laugh, and most importantly, survive? Believe it or not, our actions may improvise these consequences. We have forgotten that the Earth is the most unique planet in the entire universe. Its beauty can't be described in words. But are we showing appreciation of it? Nowadays, destroying the world we live in has become second nature to us. We fail to comprehend the consequences of the negative impacts that we are putting on the environment. Bangladesh is in horrible state and unfortunately only we are to blame, with uncontrolled use of finite resources and the huge amount of carbon emission and pollution in our country. But it's not too late, we still have time. It is within our capability to do something about the environment because we too are part of it. The betterment of the world is in our hands. All we have to do is while brushing our teeth we should keep the tap closed, after cooking we should switch off the burner, while leaving a room; we should switch off the fans and lights. These small changes in our behaviour can make a big difference.
