Habiganj Jubo Dal man killed

An activist of the Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal was stabbed to death in Nabiganj upazila of Habiganj yesterday. The victim was identified as Mainul Haque, 35, son of Asrab Ali of village Sakua and brother of Kargaon Union BNP President Shahab Uddin. Police and local sources said Kargaon union Juba League-Abdul Quddus and his companions numbering about 15 swooped on Mainul and others while returning home from Tukerbazar at about 2:00pm. They stabbed Mainul and two others.
