Tutor training workshop begins at BOU
A three-day tutor-training workshop began at the preview theatre of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) yesterday.
BOU Vice Chancellor Prof RIM Aminur Rashid inaugurated the workshop titled 'Distance Learning'.
Speaking on the occasion, the VC said that the workshop will enhance the capacity of the teachers in distance learning.
A total of 54 participants from Bangladesh Open University, tutors from different educational institutes of Bangladesh and Tripura, India are taking part in the workshop.
The co-sponsor of the workshop is Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Canada.
Dean, professor, director, teachers and high officials were present.
