Int'l Inner Wheel president due today

Dr Pallavi Shah, president of International Inner Wheel, the largest women volunteer organisation in the world, will arrive in Dhaka today to attend a conference tomorrow (Friday). Inner Wheel District 328 of Bangladesh has invited Dr Pallavi Shah to be the chief guest at the 26th conference of Inner Wheel District 328, says a press release. A pediatrician by profession, Dr Pallavi, hails from India's economic capital, Mumbai. She completed her medical graduation from the renowned GS Medical College and KEM Hospital in 1979. Dr Pallavi developed specialisation in neonatology and preventive pediatrics. In the 30 years of her medical practice, she has rendered services in different hospitals of Mumbai. She also has organised and participated in many medical camps in the urban and rural area for Rotary and Inner Wheel. As the president of Inner Wheel Club of Bombay West and district chairman of one the finest districts, District 314, she gradually rose to the position of association president and national representative of India and became the director of International Inner Wheel Board.
