Child worker electrocuted
A child construction worker was electrocuted Balurghat in the city's Cantonment area yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Abu Bakar, 15, son of Mozibur Rahman, of Chapainawabganj district.
Fellow worker Abdul Bari said he got the shock when he was trying to repair a water pump around 12:30pm.
They rushed him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital around 1:50pm where duty doctors declared him dead.
